The touchless car wash does exactly what it’s supposed to do. If you expect a touchless wash to remove every bit of heavy dirt, that’s just not how this type of wash works. It does a great job for a touchless system, and it’s unfortunate that some people leave low ratings because they don’t understand the difference. I’d definitely use it again. Sad that only 14 washes per month tho…

Generally, not a stickler to leave reviews or really complain about pricing as long as the Service quality matches the price point. With that said, the most expensive wash here used to be $12 which I thought was fair given the job that a touchless wash does. Now the most expensive wash is $18 while the $12 wash is second from the worst. For a couple dollars more, I can go get a hand car wash for $18. Which I will most likely be doing for this point forward or washing myself by hand. $18 to spray some soap and water on my car And do a horrible job drying is absolutely ridiculous.

This is a very unreliable car wash. I see it’s under new ownership so I’m hoping it improves. It’s closed when it’s below freezing in the winter. Pretty incredible and very frustrating. I go to a different location where it’s in a standard self wash bay and that one works all winter. Icicles all over the the walls are covered in ice but this Autostar is in a closed heated bay and it’s closed when it’s below freezing. I do love that it’s touchless and close to home. It’s does decent for a touchless when it works. When it is open, there are still a lot of issues. Soap not working or the most common issue is the spot free rinse doesn’t work. This unit is failing and needs to be replaced. There are some great touchless machines out there. I would love for this one to be upgraded to something that is reliable and works consistently.

This car wash does not use very good detergents to clean vehicles. It leaves a haze and dirt on Windows glass. If you spend $13, you're still going to come out with a dirty car wash. The light is dirt and it can't clean it. I would not spend my money at this car wash. It's crap

UPDATE: now that I’ve had a memebership for a couple months, I’ve have issues with it being out of service on several occasions. Today, in the middle of my wash, it stopped working!!! I had to drive out of there with the car covered in soap and drive to another car wash. Cons: Don’t expect it to be clean like a brush car wash. Only one bay so you want to go on off hours where there’s no wait. Dryers are on a timer and not enough time to thoroughly dry the car. Out of service too many times. Pros: doesn’t close. no brushes to scratch your paint. App gets you in, no need for an attendant
